Interim HSE management

What I do
- Taking over the HSE role fully or partly, for a few days a week or full-time
- Keeping ongoing matters on track: incidents, inspections, actions and reports
- Acting as point of contact for management, supervisors and regulators
- A proper handover to your permanent HSE manager
HSE project management
A clearly defined HSE project, from plan to delivery. I take on the project management and make sure the result really takes hold in your organisation.
What I do
- Drawing up or updating the RI&E (risk inventory and evaluation), including the action plan
- Setting up and implementing a safety management system (SMS) in line with Seveso
- PGS gap analyses for the storage of hazardous substances
- Coordinating permit applications and liaising with the competent authority

Compliance audits & advice
Know where you stand under the Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbowet), ARIE and Seveso legislation. An independent view, with findings you can use straight away.
What I do
- Compliance audits against the Working Conditions Act and Decree (Arbowet and Arbobesluit)
- Assessment of your ARIE obligations (additional risk inventory and evaluation)
- Review against Seveso obligations or preparation for Seveso inspections
- Audits of the safety management system (SMS)
- Internal audits against ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
